Who manages this community group?

A letter from the founder:

Welcome Friend!

My name is Jamie. I’m married to my best friend, Andrew, and we have a sweet baby boy named Oliver. Both Andrew and I have the entrepreneur spirit, and we are blessed to be able to pursue that lifestyle.

I started this club out of a desire for a community of like-minded people to build friendship, raise kids, learn new skills, and talk about life. How we can do that will differ for everyone, so my goal with this club is to provide opportunities for us to meet each other doing fun, useful things together.

I don’t use social media, so Facebook groups aren’t an option and that is intentional. In fact, almost everything in my life is intentional. I pride myself on this fact, as I find that most people are not living their lives intentionally these days. I’m sure you can relate.

Here is a little more about me and what I think it means to be a Crunchy Conservative Christian:

Crunchy

  • Concerned mother
  • Lifelong learner
  • Holistic health, natural lifestyle

Conservative

  • Concerned citizen
  • Awake, not woke
  • Pro-Constitution
  • Prepper (emergencies)

Christian

  • Constantly moving closer to God/Jesus
  • Seeking community
  • Homesteading fan – desire to take care of God’s land, the right way

In the last few years, it feels like we’ve become disenfranchised by society. I personally believe that we are the silent (but consistently growing louder) majority and my hope is that this club will unite us even more. If we can connect and build each other up, together we can help bring back what makes this country so great!

Let’s start caring about our health, heart, and happiness again. Let’s bring the power back into the people’s hands and give less reasons for the government to intervene in our lives. My belief is that building community locally is the start to this goal, and I hope you agree.

If you can relate to any of this, JOIN the club! I’d love to meet you.

Stay Blessed,
Jamie

Statement of Faith

As a group we can adjust this over time, but for now, let’s keep it simple.

We believe:

  • the Bible is truth

  • God is the provider of wisdom

  • in the Holy Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

  • the ultimate goal of a Christian is to be in relationship with God, which is accomplished through:

    • daily prayer

    • reading scripture

    • leading a life that seeks to be like Jesus Christ

  • it is important to be in community with other Christians
